Inquiries and subscriptions

The inquiry form processes the fields you provide, your IP address for bot and rate controls, and available page, referral, and campaign details. Name, email, and a message are required; a company name is optional. Personal email addresses are accepted.

I use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to your request. The form sends it through Cloudflare hosting and bot protection to HubSpot, the system used to manage inquiries. A Field Notes subscription sends your email and signup context to HubSpot and records your subscription choice.

If delivery fails

When the inquiry system cannot confirm delivery to HubSpot, it can keep a fallback copy in Cloudflare storage for up to 90 days or until a correlated successful retry removes it. The site reports unconfirmed delivery and offers email as an alternative; an error does not mean no copy exists.

Page measurement and browser storage

The site loads HubSpot analytics unless your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or you disable it on this device. HubSpot may set cookies and associate a submitted inquiry with visits. Local browser storage holds first-visit referral and campaign details and your analytics choice. The first-party source does not configure advertising pixels or session replay.

Fonts and bot protection

Font files come from this website. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a browser check before the server accepts the request. Cloudflare and HubSpot process information under their applicable service terms and privacy notices.

Retention and requests

Ask me to correct or delete inquiry information, or unsubscribe from Field Notes, at joey@victori.no. I confirm what I can remove and any records I must retain. Engagement data follows the retention and evidence-hold terms in the signed agreement; this inquiry notice does not replace them.

Before an engagement

Submitting a form or email does not sign an NDA, reserve availability, start work, or establish legal privilege. Request a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive details. I provide technical consulting; the website does not supply legal advice or medical care.
